Article 1. Purpose and Scope

① These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'Terms') govern the conditions of use, procedures, and rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users with respect to the product sales and related services (hereinafter 'Store Services') provided by the Store operated by Creative Mut Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') under the Dududo Store (hereinafter 'Store').

② These Terms apply to the entire purchase transaction process through the Store, including product purchases, payments, deliveries, withdrawal, and refunds.

③ Matters not stipulated in these Terms regarding the use of Store Services shall be governed by the Dududo Service Terms of Use and applicable laws. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Dududo Service Terms of Use, these Terms shall take precedence.

④ The Store is operated for global users. The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws and regulations apply to consumers within the Republic of Korea, and applicable laws may vary by country.

② The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Store and makes them easily accessible to users.

③ The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws if necessary, and upon amendment, will notify users through Store announcements or email from 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users).

④ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of Store Services. If a user continues to use the service after the effective date of the amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4. Purchase and Contract Formation

① Non-members may not purchase products; membership registration is required.

② Users apply for purchase by selecting a product, entering recipient information, confirming terms and cost-related matters, selecting a payment method, and completing payment in accordance with the Company's designated procedures in the Store.

③ The purchase contract is formed at the time the user's payment is completed.

④ The Company may refuse to accept a purchase or subsequently cancel the contract in the following cases:

    • Where there are falsehoods, omissions, or errors in the application

    • Where there is insufficient inventory or the product is unavailable for sale

    • Where normal transaction is impossible without fault of the Company, such as price errors, product information errors, or display mistakes

    • Where another person's name or payment method is used without authorization

    • Where the purchase is made for commercial purposes (resale, purchasing agency, etc.)

    • Where there is a violation of applicable laws or the Company determines that it significantly interferes with service operations

⑤ If the Company cancels the contract pursuant to Paragraph ③, the already-paid amount will be refunded without delay.

Article 5. Payment

① The Company may provide payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, simple payments, and other methods designated by the Company. Specific payment methods are as indicated on the payment screen or in separate notices.

② The payment currency and applicable exchange rate are based on the information provided at the time of payment, and the actual billed amount may differ due to the exchange rate and fee policies of the card company or payment method provider. The Company is not responsible for differences due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of card billing.

③ If payment authorization fails, the order is automatically canceled.

④ Refunds will, in principle, be made to the original payment method, and no separate fees will be charged for refunds.

Article 6. Delivery

① The Company will arrange for shipment within 3 business days after payment completion; for pre-order products or event products, shipment will be in accordance with the schedule provided on the product detail page or in separate notices.

② For international shipping, the delivery period may vary depending on the customs clearance status of the destination country and the recipient's response to customs clearance, and may typically take 7 days to more than 20 days.

③ The Company delivers products through delivery companies, and accidents occurring during the delivery process are resolved in accordance with applicable laws and the standards of the delivery company.

④ Customs duties, value-added tax, and other taxes and charges arising from international shipping are borne by the recipient.

⑤ Additional costs (customs clearance fees, quarantine/inspection fees, storage fees, re-delivery fees, return fees, disposal fees, etc.) arising from customs clearance procedures, local laws and regulations, or reasons attributable to the recipient (address errors, refusal to accept, long-term non-receipt, etc.) are borne by the user.

⑥ The Company shall not be responsible for returns, disposal, or delivery delays arising from the reasons in the preceding paragraph.

⑦ Users are responsible for confirming in advance the import regulations and customs clearance feasibility of the receiving country, and the Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages arising from non-compliance.

⑧ If delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as natural disasters, customs clearance refusal, or areas where delivery is unavailable, the Company will notify users and take refund measures.

⑨ Specific delivery lead times, shipping fees, lists of countries where delivery is unavailable, and delivery tracking methods will be provided separately.

Article 7. Withdrawal of Purchase and Refund

① Consumers within the Republic of Korea may cancel their subscription within 7 days of receiving the product in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

② Withdrawal of purchase or return/exchange is restricted in the following cases:

    • Where the product has been damaged or destroyed due to reasons attributable to the user

    • Where the product value has significantly decreased due to the user's use or consumption

    • Where the packaging of reproducible products (such as sound recordings) has been damaged

    • Where it is an event/raffle product or other product with separately notified conditions

    • Where it falls under the reasons for restricting withdrawal of purchase under applicable laws

However, withdrawal of purchase shall be permitted where it is allowed under applicable laws, such as when there is a defect in the product or the content differs from what was displayed or advertised.

③ If the product content differs from what was displayed or advertised, or if the wrong product was delivered, the user may withdraw the purchase within 7 days of receipt, or must notify without delay upon discovering the defect (typically within 3 business days).

④ Once the withdrawal of purchase is confirmed, the Company will take the necessary measures for a refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

⑤ For returns due to simple change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the user. For returns due to product defects or wrong delivery, shipping costs are borne by the Company.

⑥ After a product has been shipped, the process will proceed as a return rather than an order withdrawal.

⑦ Details such as how to file a return, exchange procedures, CS channel information, and methods of proving defects can be found in the Purchase & Refund Policy within the Store.

Article 8. Special Provisions for Event/Raffle Products

① Withdrawal and refunds are not possible after the event/raffle period ends.

② Once an event prize is awarded, refunds or withdrawal of the prize are not possible.

③ Event products and regular products may be shipped separately.

④ Winner information (name, contact information, address, etc.) is collected solely for the purpose of prize delivery, and the specific collection and use details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

⑤ Entry may be canceled or a win may be voided in the following cases:

    • Where the same person has entered multiple times using multiple accounts

    • Where false information was entered in the entry

    • Where it is confirmed that entry was made by other unfair means

⑥ If a winner does not respond within the designated deadline, the win may be canceled.

⑦ Prize benefits cannot be transferred to another person.

⑧ The Company may modify or cancel event content if unavoidable operational reasons arise, in which case prior notice will be given to users.

Article 9. Liability, Disclaimers, and Dispute Resolution

① The Company will make its best efforts to continuously and stably provide Store Services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

② The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.

Limitation of Liability

④ The Company's liability for damages is limited to the payment amount of the relevant order. However, this does not apply in cases of damage caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

⑤ Korean law shall govern disputes related to these Terms and the use of Store Services.

⑥ Lawsuits regarding disputes shall be filed with the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. However, if the user's address or residence is unclear or the user resides abroad, the court shall be determined in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
