Shipping policy
This policy provides procedures and standards related to shipping at the Dududo Store (hereinafter 'Store'). Matters regarding legal rights and obligations such as delivery liability are governed by Article 6 (Delivery) of the Dududo Store Terms of Service.
1. Basic Shipping Information
- All products are shipped from partner logistics centers.
- Delivery is made through international express or local delivery companies, and the delivery company may vary depending on the destination and product.
- Taxes and charges such as customs duties and VAT arising during the delivery process are borne by the recipient.
- There may be areas where delivery is unavailable. A list of countries where delivery is unavailable will be provided separately.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are applied differently depending on the destination country/region, product weight, and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout stage.
- Due to the nature of international shipping, additional costs (customs duties, customs clearance fees, etc.) may arise, and these are borne by the recipient.

3. Shipment Standards
- Products are shipped within 3 business days after payment completion.
- Pre-order products and event products are shipped according to the shipment schedule provided on the product detail page.
- Upon shipment, a tracking number will be registered and can be confirmed via email or in the order history.
4. Delivery Tracking
- The tracking number can be confirmed in the email sent after shipment or on the order history page.
- Delivery status can be directly checked on the delivery company's website using the tracking number.
- Tracking may not be available immediately after shipment; it is typically available from 24 to 48 hours after shipment. The time when tracking becomes available may vary depending on the shipping method and country.
5. Combined Shipping
- Multiple products within the same order will, in principle, be shipped together.
- However, some products may be shipped separately depending on when they can be shipped.
- Combined shipping of separate orders that have already been paid for is not available.
- If pre-order products or event products are included, they may be shipped separately from regular products.
6. Delivery Address Notes
- Please enter your delivery address accurately before completing payment. Address changes are not possible after shipment.
- If non-delivery or return occurs due to address errors, additional shipping costs may arise, and such costs may be borne by the user.
- For international shipping, please enter accurate recipient information (name, contact information, address) for customs clearance. Some countries may require additional information such as personal customs clearance codes.
7. Delivery Delays and Loss
- Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, customs clearance delays, local delivery conditions, etc. Notification will be provided when delays are confirmed.
- If the delivery is marked as completed but you have not received the product, please contact our CS channel.
- If loss during delivery is suspected, please contact our CS channel 15 days after the shipment date.
8. Customs and Customs Clearance
- Taxes and charges such as customs duties and VAT arising during international shipping are borne by the recipient.
- Customs duty amounts vary depending on the customs policies of the destination country, and the Company cannot provide advance notice of these.
- Re-delivery and refunds may be restricted for products that have been refused customs clearance or confiscated.
- The recipient has the obligation to cooperate when documents required for customs clearance are requested.
